Purpose: Official convention information and schedule details.

Check List for Packet

Purpose: Checklist for required convention packet items.

Convention Delegate Certification Form

Purpose: Identify your council’s Delegates and Alternates.

Instructions: Complete and return immediately after electing Delegates and Alternates.

Deadline: March 15, 2026

In Memoriam Request to Necrology Roll

Purpose: List deceased members and order memorial cards.

Deadline: March 15, 2026

Meal and Activity Registration Form

Purpose: Register for meals and convention activities if not using the online registration process.

Deadline: March 15, 2026

Convention Book Ad Order Form

Purpose: Place an advertisement in the souvenir convention book.

State Charity Grant Form

Purpose: Submit a State Charity Grant request.

Deadline: May 1, 2026

Resolutions

Resolutions Procedure for the Wisconsin Knights of Columbus State Convention

All resolutions must be received by the Worthy State Advocate no later than February 10.

Who May Submit

  • A Subordinate Council
  • The State Deputy
  • The State Officers as a group
  • Standing State Committees (limited to topics pertaining to the committee’s work)

Assemblies may not submit resolutions.

Key Areas of Knights of Columbus Resolutions

The resolutions generally center around the Order’s core principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism and their application in the modern world.

Typical Exclusions

Resolutions are explicitly prohibited from:

  • Proposing monetary expenditures or financial grants by the Supreme Council.
  • Dealing exclusively with matters of local significance.
  • Endorsing or criticizing other organizations.
  • Addressing topics repeatedly rejected by delegates in recent years.

For resolutions from a Subordinate Council

  • Distribute copies at a monthly meeting.
  • Read the resolution aloud.
  • Secure a passing vote from the council.
